I do not wish to take part in the program and want to return the products. I was told/ read on the website that they have a 60-day money back guarantee with no questions asks. It's been 30 days since I purchased, I've tried calling and am on hold for very long, I've emailed several different times as well as tried to chat with someone live on their website. NO RESPONSE! They are not replying to any of my inquires nor are they answering my phone calls. I'm extremely frustrated.
Claimed loss: $500.00+
Desired outcome: I want my money back. It's well within the time they say I have to return, "no questions asked."
