I am trying to cancel my membership with the Merrit worldtravel I purchased this membership June 2024. I went on vacation to Missouri made hotel reservations through the club and they were canceled twice and I was never notified and I did a cruise in October, which was horrible. It took is hard to contact this agency as I call a number and they hang up immediately. I am 79 years old and feel like this is abuse

Desired outcome: Would like the membership canceled and my money returned
