Merrill Edge Sucks review: Ira account

I have been trying to close my IRA account since March. I'm getting very long wait times, being transferred to numerous people with no help. (the run a round). They tell me they need documents verifying I do not owe child support. I sent the paperwork that this was resolved on 3/17/2017. The paperwork is from the child support services itself. They say its not good enough lol. There is even a phone number to call to verify its closed. They tell my the don't do that. So now I have to take get a loan to pay my medical bills, because I cannot get my own money from my Merrill Edge IRA to do it. I even asked to speak to a supervisor, and they refused.
