I canceld my subscripshun in 2020. They charged me in 2022. I want my money back and this never to happen again.

On 3/20/23, they charged me $1 on my credit card, and then they charged me $59. I never bought anything from this company. I talked to my credit card company and told them about the charge.

I signed up for MentorBox, LLC to try it out for free, but they charged me $90 even though I canceled on the same day within the free trial period. I initially signed up for a one-week free trial, with a monthly fee of $7 after the trial ended. However, I decided to cancel my subscription on September 20, the same day I signed up. Despite canceling, they still charged my credit card $90. It's worth mentioning that they offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, which I should be eligible for.

On 1/23, our credit card got charged $1.00 by MentorBox.com, and then on 1/26, they charged us another $59.00. We never even heard of or signed up for MentorBox.com, like, at all. We told our credit card company about these charges, you know? And then, on 03/08, we got hit with a late charge of $41. I tried emailing them, but they haven't bothered to respond. And when I tried calling, it's like, "Oops, technical error, can't talk to a real person." Seriously, I don't want anyone else to get scammed by these guys!

On 3/22/2023, my city credit card got charged $1.00 by MentorBox.com, and then they charged me another $59.00 on 3/25. We never heard of or dealt with MentorBox.com before. These charges seem fishy and we reported them to our credit card company. The $1.00 charge seems like a sneaky way to check if the credit card number is legit, followed by the $59.00 charge. I wanna make sure nobody else gets charged for stuff they didn't order from this company, and that everyone who got scammed gets their money back.

I've been tryin to get *** for more than a week now. I have been emailin and sendin chat messages to their ***. The first time I contacted, I was informed my issue will be escalated to the "right department" but I have not heard back. I tried to follow up but no one got back to me. The original issue was that my post was removed from the Mastermind Group. ***, there was no violation. It was just randomly removed and no one could tell me why. Also, they are not GDPR compliant. They do not have any "managers" and they keep givin me the roundabout. Product_Or_Service:

I never made an account, so I don't know how they got my credit card details (maybe from the app store?). I noticed three charges on my credit card. I tried to get a refund, but their phone is always disconnected, and their chat is unhelpful. They say it's outside of business hours (even though it's mid-day), or if I do manage to talk to someone, the chat disconnects. This has happened twice. They charged me $15 in total ($1, $7, and $7), and now I'm getting a new debit card to prevent them from charging me next month.

On 1/25 our credit card got charged $1.00 by Mentorbox.com and then another $59.00 on 1/28. We never heard of or dealt with Mentorbox.com before. These charges seem fake and we told our credit card company about it. The $1.00 charge seems like a sneaky way to check if the credit card number is legit, followed by the $59.00 charge. Our bank also said they rejected a fake charge of $259.00 from *** on 1/25. Could all of this be connected? We wanna make sure nobody else gets charged for stuff they didn't order from this company and that everyone who got scammed gets their money back.

On 4/10/2023, MentorBox.com charged $1.00 to my credit card. On 4/13/2023, MentorBox.com charged $59.00 my credit card. I never bought anything from MentorBox.com, and nobody got my permission to use my card there. I want my money back. I tried to call MentorBox using the phone number on the credit charge - ***, but it always hangs up. It tells me to press 1 to talk to someone, but then it says, "We got some tech issues..." and hangs up. That phone number is also on the *** page. The Contact Us page has the number ***, but when I call it, it says, "The number you dialed ain't right." I sent an email to ***, but no reply yet.

I signed up for MentorBox's physical subscription, which is a box that comes every month with learning stuff and books. They say it's gonna be all fancy and delivered right to your door. But guess what? I paid in full and never got a box. I had to send them a bunch of emails and make a bunch of calls just to get them to talk to me. Finally, they reached out and I said I'd keep going with the subscription if they could guarantee that I'd actually get my orders and fix all their problems. They did send me three books the next month, so I'll give them that. But after that, it's been more than six months and I haven't gotten anything. I've been trying to reach out to them, but they keep passing me around to different people. They keep saying they'll call me, but they won't cancel my subscription or give me my money back. It's a monthly subscription, by the way.
