My grandson had a horrible and expensive prom experience with a rude, unprofessional manager. The store has a prom package for $279.00 but the had no pants to fit him, and the manager did not try online or other stores. He was told if you want this jacket you need to order and pay today. He paid $279 for jacket, she measured him. When the jacket arrived measurements were off it cost $55.00 dollars for alterations. I located pants in a California store where I was and was told she over charged by not locating pants. I purchased pants for $99.00. Brought pants to NC, and alterations cost $50.00. Had to purchase shirt and bow tie and that cost $120.00. Coat nor pants did not fit like they were custom. Called customer service and all they could say was you want a store credit, or you can return and buy back as package if manager allows which was the day before prom. I will never shop, buy or refer anyone to Mens warehouse and I will share my story to anyone that will listen. A $600.00 disaster
Desired outcome: Refund me at least the alterations monies, charge me a package price
