Menards review: Proctor and gamble 10.00 dollar instant rebate - june 17, 2023

Menards ad offered a $10 instant rebate if you purchased $40 worth of P & G products that were identified with a yellow price tag. I purchased $50 worth of oil that had a yellow price tag. When checking out, I inquired about the $10 instant rebate since I had over $40 worth of merchandise with the yellow sticker. At first the cashier, Lisa, told me she had never seen this in the ad and I was the first person to ask about it. The cashier sent me to the service desk. I was first told I had to go to the P & G website and request a rebate. I stated the ad says it is an "instant rebate". She then called the store manager (Jared H.) who had no intention of helping. Customer service employee, Austin, standing at the counter kept making rude comments and I finally told him I would just return the oil and make it easier for them. He was very rude while making this return.
