Published an essay. All went well. Problem one:no-one will be able to find the essay. Type in my name and a hundred similar names come up, but not mine. Problem two:type in the essay title, nothing. Problem three:no way to contact medium. Chatbot says use url. Url not helpful to anyone searching for my work, even if it worked, which it doesn't seem to.

Claimed loss: No-one will ever see my work.

Desired outcome: Medium would recognize the problem and set up a rational (alphabetical) search bar that allows prospective readers to search the huge Medium inventory by author name or post title.
