Mediacom of South Alabama review: Horrible customer service

ALL customer service goes through a third world country ! NEVER able to reach a LOCAL supervisor to resolve on going issues with service out for two weeks with multiple techs working on problem to NO AVAIL ! MASSIVE days wasted waiting for techs show up with 6 hour appt windows usually 1/2 hour past the 6 hour window ! No star or rating low enough to reflect how HORRIBLE the Mediacom service is ! Service is ok when working but good god if it breaks down you are in for mortal hell with no end in sight.
