My husband attempted to get lunch for our family after church. Had the personnel check, double check, and even call down to the prep area just to make sure that it was correct. If it had been, it would've been a first time! When I returned to the store, because it clearly wasn't correct, the manager would not speak to me. Referred me to a phone number on the wall… And sent over somebody else, claiming they were a manager, that coukd not speak English well (later discovering this was an act!)! I could not begin to understand what her name was with the mask on, nor would she remove adjust the mask to speak with me more clearly, and there was no name tag. The other employees were all just gawking and laughing... the ones that weren't on their phones (does wearing gloves while on your phone make it ok?!)… This is behavior demonstrated from a well known issue! When I say that we have never had a meal correct from that particular location, I am not generalizing ir overestimating… It is not as though there are seven out of 10 times, etc… There has never been one time where our meal ordered at that location was correct. And when I inquired, in a civilized manner, I was ignored! The "manager" even hid! I am not some "crazy white chick"... perhaps just hungry. But, I find that to be an incredibly racist point of view, coming from the juvenile staff. I'm APPALLED! A MAJOR overhaul is needed at that location! Complete NEW staff... starting with management!
