July 2022 Cayenne Turbo 2006 towed to McDaniels Porsche engine difficulties. Denied a loaner after repeated calls texts, and personal visits. Failure to communicate updates on the progress of work. Provided a telephone # to text for information, without a response. Promised vehicle completion several times being completed. Now November target date.

Desired outcome: Communication McDaniels Porsche significantly improved, alerting owners of anticipated repairs completion periodic updates, and technicians trained prescribed Porsche management advertisements.
