Mayo Kidney Clinic review: Poor communication

Was denied being listed on transplant list because Nurse Lisa said I missed several classes for Jan 18, 2023. No I did not. Called on Jan 13, 2023 to reschedule because I had a dialysis appointment in clinic which is 80 miles from my house on Jan 18, 2023. Also Nurse said I didn’t provide names for Care after transplant. I did do that…and when I brought that to their attention, they changed and said the care givers had to call them. All this is documented in my patient Mayo Clinic portal. Now I am told I have to have my nephrologist resubmit my name because Nurse Lisa has closed my account. All this due to error or their part, not mine. Nurse Lisa would not call me…she only sent email, which I could not respond to. It’s funny today, March 15, 2023, I received notice from Nuese Lisa of and upcoming meeting that was held two weeks ago. Too little too late. All documented in portal. My life depends on kidney function and they play games with my life because of poor communication on their end. Shame, shame, shame.
