This is to formally complain on Maynilad billing. Since last year I have been calling to Maynilad hotline but
until now, the problem is not yet resolved. They are billing us with an average rate and not showing the actual meter
reading, worst is that they are just guessing the figure, since my meter shows different meter reading than what
they are charging us.
I just hope somebody from Maynilad will initiate to investigate on this.
