I filled the form and after the representative from Maximum Tax Service contacted me and confirmed that I would get the check. He asked to provide more details and said that I would probably need to pay and he asked for my credit details. I left everything and waited for the phone call, but the rep hasn’t even called me or sent the check. I really relied on them, but the rep misled me. Terrible services.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble tracking your refund. Normally if you pay upfront its because you are not getting a Federal Refund or you owe. i will assume that you are trying to track your State return. Normarlly your state return comes directly to you from the State of Michigan unless you have a tax lien on your State return. Please call the office you went to and ask for the Team Lead and they will be able to assist you in tracking your refund.
