To whom this may concern! (Customer Service)
I am forwarding you this e-mail to explain a situation that I have with Masse's Furniture in Cornwall On.
I purchased a La Z Boy couch at the store, delivered in September 2020.
In October 2020, I reported to "Roger" yhe owner at the store that there was a problem with the couch. I was told this was on warrenty, no charge forseen for the repairs.
After a few phone calls made at the store, Roger finally called Fibrenew to set up an apointment to have someone come check what was wrong with the couch.
On Decmber first 2020, Al from Fibrenew came to the house to check out the couch. A report was sent to the store, to the attention to "Roger" the owner.
Since then, I called the store on March 14th, April 20th, June 17th, and June 21rst 2021. Roger never returned the calls. I gave up.
I received a call yesterday, October 27 from Al at Fibrenew telling that he finally received the parts for the repairs for the La Z Boy couch. The hick, I have to pay $225.00 for the repairs. This is supposed to be no charge, on waranty.
I am asking you to help me, the owner at Masse's Furniture is not willing to assist. I am desperate, no after service.
This situation is deplorable. Not good for the reputation of the store, the product.
