Mass General Hospital review: Central processing overnight shift

MGH is the best place to work. But some poor, unqualified, NO communication skill and disrespectful mangers made some departments hard to work especially central processing department overnight shift. The overnight shift in CSPS department is a prison in a basement. the manager has no skill to handle employee conflict and if you say something he will take it personal and make the work environment hard with his verbal abuse. CSPS overnight shift has a manager who always disrespect his stuff and have Mutiple sexual harassment complaints. But still in the manager position by getting rid of the employees who made the complaints. MGH CSPS department overnight shift is very toxic environment that made most employees depressed from day one of the current manager. HR need to do some investigation and hire a better person that can work with the team instead of treating them as his enemies. He is a treat to mass general hospital. By any means AVOID central processing overnight shift because after you work a couple month you will end up changing to different shift or quit the job as a result of working with a bad manager.
