Mason Easy Pay / Mason Companies review: Wrong size boots

Two months ago I ordered a pair of your boots andi month later the heels had worn down 1/2 inch approximate. I did not complain then, I just ordered another pair of the same boots and put heel taps on them to stop the heel from wearing down. A couple weeks later I noticed the slop in the boots. I returned the boots hoping to get them replaced. I forgot to remove the heel taps. I was told no that they would not replace them. Sorry, but I will no longer buy anything from your company again.
