Marks&Spencer review: Health and safety.

dear sir or madam. on 13th july i was in the cafeteria in the port glasgow store scotland. asked to speak to the manager to be told the person was not in.

the reason for my complaint is ..used food trays on tables no one moving them that we could see, had to move them ourselves to sit down. tables not cleaned properly, chairs full of crumbs being swept from tables also floor a disgrace when we complained at the counter to be told that the cleaner did not come in till 4pm. this was 2pm. and the serving staff were not allowed to do any cleaning... in the cafe floor i shop weekly at this store and its not getting better but much worse , it is just a small new store and should not be difficult to keep clean surely... also i have noticed that there appears to have problems on a regular basis whereby the store engineers are never away..this week it looked like problems with the coffee machine again so we were held up again .please can you do something about this as this is the only m&s we have and its a round trip to get there...i look forward to your reply...MAGS, MATHESON...
