Marko Spares Autozone review: Unethical and unprofessional behaviour

Marko Spares Otjiwarongo Namibia, Mr Walther Marko refused to receive and service my Stihl 2 stroke weed eater/grass cutter.
He used a previous totally irrelevant incident, where his business supplied me with wrong parts and I had to threaten legal action before they refunded me after a lengthy argument and hostile attitude.
They are official Stihl Service Agents and Suppliers of Stihl products. I wish to receive a formal apology.
