I gotta say, I ain't too happy with my experience at Marine Part Depot. I ordered me some stainless steel parts - three of 'em to be exact. But wouldn't ya know it, two of those parts ended up rustin' on me. And to top it off, the third part was downright defective. Ain't that just my luck?

Now, I ain't one to give up easily. So I followed them instructions on the site and sent that defective part back to 'em via FedEx. I even got me a receipt to prove it. But here's the kicker - them folks at Parts Depot have been ignorin' my emails left and right. And to this day, I still ain't seen no refund for them defective parts.

I reckon it ain't right for a company to treat their customers like this. I mean, I paid good money for them parts and I expect 'em to work like they're supposed to. But instead, I got me a whole lotta hassle and nothin' to show for it.

So if y'all are thinkin' of doin' business with Marine Part Depot, I'd think twice 'bout it. 'Cause if my experience is any indication, you might just end up with rusted parts and a whole lotta frustration.

I recently made a purchase on Marine Part Depot's website for some parts that I needed for my boat. I spent a total of $185 on the parts, but unfortunately, when they arrived, they were all wrong. I was pretty disappointed, but I decided to follow the instructions on their website for returns.

It's been about 8 weeks since I mailed the merchandise back to them, and according to the tracking number, they received it in just 4 days. However, I haven't heard anything from them since then. I've been sending emails and calling them every day for the past 2 weeks, but I haven't received any response from them.

Overall, I'm pretty frustrated with my experience with Marine Part Depot. I would rate them a -10 if I could. It's really disappointing to spend so much money on something and not have it work out. I hope they can get back to me soon and resolve this issue.

I ain't gonna lie, I was pretty excited when I found Marine Part Depot online. I needed some boat parts and they had a good selection at decent prices. I placed my order and they charged my card right away, which I thought was a good sign. They even gave me a tracking number, so I was feeling pretty good about the whole thing.

But then, nothing. I waited and waited, but my parts never showed up. I tried calling them, but their mailbox was always full. I sent them emails, but they never responded. I was starting to get pretty frustrated.

Finally, I had enough and decided to file a fraud report with my bank. They were able to give me my money back, but it was a huge hassle. I wouldn't recommend Marine Part Depot to anyone. They're a scam outfit and you should avoid them at all costs.

I had a bad experience with Marine Part Depot. They sent me the wrong item and charged me too much for it. I tried to contact them through email and voice mail, but they didn't respond. It seems like they are not an honest company. When I tried to leave a message, their voice mail box was full. I don't recommend this company to anyone. Even though their prices are cheap, it's not worth the risk. I lost $20, but I know that many other people have lost much more. If you're thinking about buying from Marine Part Depot, read the reviews first.

I bought some parts from Marine Part Depot on May 12th, 2020. It's been a long time since then, like 5 months, and I still haven't got my parts. I've sent them a bunch of emails, but they never write back. I tried calling them too, but their mailbox is full and no one ever picks up the phone. I'm pretty mad about it, 'cause I spent $34.00 on those parts and now it seems like I'm never gonna get them. I'm just glad I didn't give them any more money. I don't think you should buy anything from this seller, 'cause it seems like they don't care about their customers.

So, I ordered some stuff from Marine Part Depot and it was pretty easy. No big deal, just a regular order. But then I decided to order something else, something smaller, and I never got it. I got a confirmation for USPS, but that was it. I tried to get in touch with them, but they never replied. I mean, come on, that's not cool.

But I'm not giving up. I'm gonna keep trying to get in touch with them until they talk to me. And once I have all their contact info, I'm gonna post it online. I mean, if they're not gonna reply to me, maybe they'll reply to someone else. And if they don't, well, at least other people will know what they're getting into when they order from Marine Part Depot.

I've been ordering from Marine Part Depot for a while now, since they first started up back in [protected]. Back then, I was pretty happy with the stuff I got from them. But lately, I've been having some issues with the quality of their products. And when I tried to reach out to the merchant or the owner, Steven Lui, I didn't get any response at all.

The last time I ordered something from them was back in December of 2019. Unfortunately, I had to file a claim with PayPal to get a full refund because I just couldn't get any communication from the merchant or Steven Lui. It was really frustrating, and it made me feel like I couldn't trust them anymore.

I don't think I'll be buying anything from Marine Part Depot again. It's a shame, because I used to really like their stuff. But if they can't even bother to respond to their customers when there's a problem, then I don't see how I can trust them to provide me with quality products.

I had a really bad experience with Marine Part Depot. I tried to contact them multiple times, but they never answered my calls or emails. I even tried leaving a message, but their mailbox was always full. I ordered some parts from them and they debited my account, but I never received the parts. It's like they fell into a big black hole or something. I wouldn't recommend buying from them, but if you do, make sure to use a credit card or pay-pal so you have some recourse. These guys are a bunch of idiots. My order number was yhst***1828. Maybe if they see this review, they'll try to make it right, but I doubt it.

I gotta say, my first experience with Marine Part Depot was pretty good. I only spent $30, but everything came in just fine. But then, I decided to take a chance and put in a bigger order for around $200. And wouldn't you know it, they messed up a few of the parts. Like, they sent the right amount, but some of them were just not what I ordered.

So, I started calling and emailing them every week for like three months. I mean, I was always friendly about it, but it was starting to get pretty frustrating. Finally, they got back to me and made it right. But man, it took a lot of time and effort on my part.

I guess what I'm saying is, if you're willing to take a gamble and spend a lot of time on the phone and computer if they mess up, then you might be able to get some really good prices from these guys. But if you're not up for that kind of hassle, you might want to look elsewhere.

I made an order on October 31st for 2 double cup stainless steel holders with base from Marine Part Depot. Unfortunately, I only received one of the holders. I tried to reach out to the vendor, but their voicemail was always full, and I didn't receive any response to my three emails. I was so frustrated that I decided to drive 1.5 hours to the vendor's address, only to find out that it was just a PO Box!

I am very disappointed with my experience with Marine Part Depot. I paid $95 for two holders, but I only received one. I don't know what happened to the other holder, and I couldn't get any answers from the vendor. I feel like I have been scammed.

Steve Liu is the owner of Marine Part Depot, also known as Turqois Inc. I don't know if this is a legitimate business or a scam. All I know is that I didn't get what I paid for, and I had to contact my credit card company to get a refund for the missing item.

Overall, I would not recommend Marine Part Depot to anyone. Their customer service is non-existent, and their business practices are questionable. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reputable vendor for your marine parts needs.

I ordered four stainless steel lift rings on June 1st, 2021 Order confirmation number yhst-[protected]-113675 At the time of order, it showed everything in stock. They were quick to charge my visa. My order has never been received and when you try to contact them with the number provided, you only ever get an answer machine saying the message book is full, no surprise! I'm only glad I didn't order more. No place to check or leave a review. I should have known.

Ordered $140.00 worth of parts on 10/11/19. on 10/12/19 received notification from stamps.com that a shipping label had been produced and I should receive product in 3 days. It is now 10/25/19 and checking the USPS tracking it has STILL not been shipped. I have emailed both addresses and made numerus calls (most of the time the mailbox is full) but was able to leave a voicemail on the 23rd.
Today is the 25 and STILL NOTHING ! Just called AMEX to stop payment

This company accepted my order via website. They instantly accept credit card.
They then send an email with a USPS tracking number but do not ship the item(s).
Running the tracking number via USPS website, it states a shipping label was created and awaiting item. Days become weeks and the item never ships. Numerous attempts to phone and email the company, but absolutely no reply or response whatsoever.
Several hundred dollars have been taken from my account and I did not receive my items as agreed. This should be a felony and charges should be filed.

I recently ordered several parts from the website. Nothing showed up. I received a text from an individual who said they showed up at his house in another state. I have tried repeatedly to email and call the company. No answer/No response. If you don't believe me PLEASE try to call them before you make an order. No one will answer! Still no resolution. Terrible company ethics.

I ordered several parts on 05/01/2018 ($46.68) from Marine Part Depot, order number [protected]-101931 with the correct billing and shipping address. I have not received any communication from Marine Part Depot, except a email on 05/08/2018 that a shipment details for my parts with the USPS. The tracking number is 940551169900744557047, which I have tracked and per the instructions it has not been submitted into the USPS. I have called several times and left a x3 voice mails. Most of the time when I call the voicemail box is full and cannot accept and phone calls. I have left a email and again no response. I was up in the area, and I tried to locate Marine Part Depot and I could not find the location, per my iPhone apple maps. I am frustrated with the lack of communication and no parts being delivered.

Good product selection and prices on their website, but appears to be a fraudulent website that takes orders and promptly processes charges but never ships the item(s). They fake you out by sending a USPS shipping number, but it is a pre-shipment notification only, and they do not subsequently ship. Does not respond to email or phone calls. Do not waste your time or money on these theives. Reported for fraud with CC company.

On placing order on line Aug 20/17, I have not received order as of today Sept 18/18 Have phone, e-mailed many times to check on order and no reply. My credit card has been charged for material ordered. An e-mail or return phone call would be appreciated to advised details on order, As to the other complaints I have read today re "Marine Parts Depot" its seems that they are a company to stay away from as very poor in customer service

Stay as far as possible from the company www.marinepartdepot.com. I have ordered boat parts from them, but all of them were wrong and wasn’t what I ordered from them. I called them, but there was only machine voice. I left messages, but no one called me back. I tried again couple of days ago, but the mail box was full and it was really impossible to contact the seller. Any ideas what to do next?

I ordered different parts for my house from the company Marine Part Depot/ Turquois Inc. All parts were defective or broken, so I returned the order back. The seller promised to return my money back, but it was lie and fake excuses. He never replied to my emails and phone calls, so I still haven’t received my money back. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
