I first visited this site in Nov.2010 and the owner of the site (Marc Augustine) seemed to be very nice and informative so i purchased his service for $1800. After sending the money the customer service with out the door. He hardly was available to talk. He hardly returned emails and when he did they never answered the questions i had. He always has excuses on why he can't talk like being out of the country in Costa Rica. He has been stringing me along for months now promising this service that has never been received by me. Now it is March 2011 and i'm at the end of my rope with this guy and his website. The service was never rendered and the promised refund has not been submitted to me. I have e-mails, phone records, and false documents(sent to me by Mr. Augustine) to support my accusations. Marc Augustine is a con and a fraud and i don't recommend anyone do business with him or his site. He also emailed me false documents from Dunn&Bradstreet filled with false information that made it seem like he delivered the service when actually he did nothing at all...i will be contacting the authorities about this matter but my advice to anyone reading this is to stay far away and tell everyone u know to not do business with this guy. He will take your money and string u along for months till u get tired of his games and hope u go away... well i'm not going away... $1800 is a lot of money for me to just lay down and let marc augustine steal it. i have enclosed a few documents he sent to me that were totally fabricated by Marc Augustine. He sent me this showing me that my corp had an 80 Paydex score but when called D&B directly they told me the paydex score on this corp was a 21 and has an average late payment of 174 days past due. The D&B rep told me that this business has never had a Paydex of 80. So that means Mr.Augustine lie and sent false documents to me. And it's my fault because i trusted this guy and never did any followups until he started to not answer any of my calls or emails...So please do not make the same mistake i did. Stay far away from this guy and his website... He his from Trinidad and has an accent.

I paid $2000 dollars for his done for you Walmart Automation. a month later no work has been done, the girl that closed my contract didn't respond to my messages since I asked for a receipt of payment and the other girl I was talking to never did anything and now stopped responding too. He has scamed a lot of people search for it online. I am talking to local lawyers in his city im going after this guy
Hey Kevin, I would love to join you in stopping this guy. He still has me on his email marketing and I cringe every time I see his emails. Let me know if there is anything that can be done.

Hey, this is Milo. I was on charge of a lot of dumb things in this so called "job". Luis resigned and haven't got paid any cent and we all got fired because we demanded to be paid on time. He lied to all of the customers and lied to the managers that he hired.

It is true, we worked together, he almost never paid us on time, and haven’t paid any of the money owed to us by law. He contacted me to make threats to erase this comment.

I hired Marc for his Amazon Done for you Service. He used fake tracking numbers to lie to my customers and me making it look like he was shipping orders. He never did and instead stole thousands of dollars before I fired him. Be smart, avoid at all costs.
He had me enroll into this done for you amazon program and I invested 20, 000$ Almost 3 months ago. He has not done anything to my account or refunded me according to the policy. DO NOT invest. This guy will just stall you and give you false hope. I REPEAT, DO NOT ENGAGE.

I did the eBay dfy service. My account got closed and they offered me a refund or to jump on the amazon dfy. I opted for a refund m. They told me that refund is issues by doing a chargeback on my bank. I’ve done this and they keep disputing. 8250 probably lost

Marc is a scammer. Stole thousands from multiple of his DSGenie members and refuses to pay them back. Do not engage in business with him, you will lose your money.
Care to elaborate? How can he steal from then when it’s a computer program?
Most of what I've seen in his eBay group circulates around him not offering refunds, or people signing up for services that don't work well, and Marc not honoring refunds. As mentioned before, his customer service is Trash with a capital T. The bottom line is he over charges. People are better off going with competitors. It is what it is.
Marc's program is not a scam...
If you put time into DSGenie, you will be able to make money. I've seen it in person multiple times.
Don't think you can just buy it and its magically gonna fix your financual problems... You gotta put in the work.
If you don't want to work hard, don't blame the program
Marc's customer service is pathetic, so is his attitude. You can make money copying listings like a jerk, sure, but if you're gonna go that route you may as well buy the same service from competitors who offer is cheaper and give better service. It's a simple as that.
He now has a new company called DS genie where he teaches people who do not know any better or just do not care to steal listing info from other ebay members and resell them as there own work. The internet and eCommerce would be much better off without him and DsGenie.
