I placed an order on May 13, 2025 from Makeupstore.com. The package was later marked as damaged. I contacted their support and was told the Claims Department would reach out. That never happened.
Since then, I’ve only received vague replies with apologies and was repeatedly asked to “wait.” I’ve not received a replacement, a refund, or any proper communication.
To make it worse, they deleted my comments on Instagram, where I tried to ask for help publicly. This shows they prefer to hide negative experiences rather than resolve them.
As of May 29, I still have no product and no refund. I have already filed a complaint with the FTC.
Recommendation: do not recommend ordering from this company unless you’re ready to chase them for weeks to get what you paid for.
