Majestic Care review: Not getting bonus as promised

I was working as ADON and DON since June. Was promised $500 extra each week for the positions. I was on call 24/7 except 2 weekends a month. July I wasnt paid for one week and i addressed the issue with no response in return, was told when new DON started id get paid till the 20th with the extra pay and I remained on call through the weekend the week of the 16th, I also completed all ADON and DON assessments that week including the DON weekly report but was not paid, that DON got let go the following week and I continued in both positions. I turned in my 4 week notice worked out my notice and now refusing to pay me for my last weeks pay of the extra $500. which was Saturday through Thursday the 11th of September. I have sent multiple emails and spoke with New Lex facility and have heard nothing in return. They owe me $1000
