Mail Travel review: False advert details

returned from twin city Lisbon &Porto trip which as per your advert included choice of city your experience in either city even in latest advert on mail on 21/11/22.Having contacted Sandra told no city tour included.My sister and I extremely disappointed and had to purchase a yellow bus tour ticket in porto at a cost of 24 euros each which is a cost we had not allowed for.returned last Saturday 26/11.How can a professional firm be so untruthful in their adverts?

surely the advert should be checked and amended to remove city tour included?

Totally unprofessional way to treat customers
