Anyone been on Masala cruise recently? We were looking int oit as well but there is no news of any cruises yet for 2013/2014.

Shocking news to hear this... we were also going to plan one of the cruises.. Now even Masala Cruises have stopped doing the cruises until 2013/14... I hope they are also not involved in the same issues..

Maharaja cruise or Rahul Mehta is fraud. DO NOT give him your credit card or any personal information. Rahul Mehta is a identity thief. We booked Alaska cruise with him for 8 ppl departing on June 23rd 2012, and he took our credit card numbers and all and told us that booking is done for us. only couple days ago to find out that there was no booking at all. Our credit card was used for thousands of dollars unauthorized charges.
We are reporting him to authorities and if anyone else is also victim of (Maharajacruise.com) or one of their agent, please report to authorities or contact me so we can put these fraudulent agents in jail for good. - nitoo@yahoo.com

We have been victimized by a Maharaja fraudulent agent. I booked an Alaska Cruise trip thru an agent from Maharaja Vacations Inc (www.maharajacruise.com). I paid money to an agent, Rahul Mehta from Mahajara Vacations Inc., for Alaska Cruise between July 16th - 23rd 2011 by Norwegian Cruise Lines. When we reached there, no booking could be found in our names and we had to fly back. Trying to get our money refunded with no avail. can anyone help how to get money and track this person

I have been victimized by a Maharaja fraudulent agent. I booked an Alaska Cruise trip thru an agent from Maharaja Vacations Inc (www.maharajacruise.com). I paid $4, 816 on 05/05/2011 to an agent, Rahul Mehta from Mahajara Vacations Inc., for Alaska Cruise between July 16th - 23rd 2011 by Norwegian Cruise Lines. When I called Norwegian on 07/10/2011, they told me that there is no booking in my name and cruise is already full. Rahul has not been responsive to my calls or emails since June 27th. Also, I have to cancel and pay penalty for my Air travel. He was prompt at responding to my phone calls and emails till I paid money. Now his phone is either always busy or goes to voice mail. These guys are fruad.

Guys be aware . Mahatraja crusie is a big fraud . Please dont book any thing with them . looks like they are funneling the money for other ilegal activites . we should file offical complain with FBI, and other legal departmant ASAP .

This company is a total fraud. They took my money for a balcony room and then disappeared. I could not reach them. Then I called the cruise line and learned that there was no booking at all for us two passengers! Horrible scammers. I wish I saw this info earlier.

Anyone who is trying to collect refund from Rahul or Khalid, please contact me at m_bhatnagar@yahoo.com. I am engaging a lawyer to sue these guys this month.

My advice to any prospective Maharaja Cruise... Try to Call Rahul Mehta or Khalid Sagir at their cell or Maharaja Cruise main number... it will go to same voice mail... You will leave message and they will call you back till the time you did not pay deposit. Imagine what will happen once you paid money... you will keep calling this number several times a day to get your hard earned money back and they will never return your call or mails...

Take my words... don't pay any money to Maharaja Cruise before you are able to call and talk to them at their number few times rather than leaving a message and getting a calling back from these guys.

These guys sent booking cancellation mail on 3rd July for Cruise sailing on 8th July. My family was very upset; I am chasing them since last 3 months for refund. Below is my story...

These people are crux. They same do to me. We are 10 people of the family. They send us the recipient and they cancelled 2 days after without informing us. We should have to do something and complaint about those guys and sends them to Jail.

Maharaja Cruise also scammed a lot of businesses in the Vancouver area when they were here in July.
Restaurants, hotels, tours, transportation, etc...
I have been trying to get paid for 4 months and have basically been beating my head against the wall.
Khalid gives me the same run around and now his phone does not take incoming calls.

I am also running from pillar to post to get my $1000.00 back, totally useless people with no care for customers. I also get the same response from them even after following up almost on daily basis.

Do not go Maharaja Cruise. They will collect money for balcony and assign you inside room with no window.Good luck on getting the diffrence money back. Very bad managment.People at frond desk have no knowledge.They cheated me. If you want to enjoy cruise go to carnival.com and you will get what you ordered.
