Magnolia Coin Laundry & Dry Cleaners review: Customer service issue and unprofessionalism

Where should I begin. I have been coming into this establishment for almost 25 years off and on just to wash and dry large things such as comforters etc. Never had one problem out of this establishment until recently. This time my parents dryer went out a couple of weeks ago and last Monday, February 22, 2020 I arrived at the this laundry mat at approx. 6 or 6:15 pm. There were a ton of people in there mostly men just washing and drying items, and one white lady there. I came in and I noticed mostly all the washers were out of order or being used, I thought that was very odd but I just rolled with it and eventually found someone that was finishing up using one of the larger washers. Well, as I am placing my the comforter in the laundry machine, after I had also put some clothing in a dryer, I heard this very loud female voice from across the room (never thought she was talking to me) and as I am still putting the clothing in the washing machine, the woman's voice got closer to me and she got in my personal space and was screaming at me saying she didn't want me here washing clothes because she want to go home early and I was too late to wash clothes. She then takes her finger and start punching on the machine that I had started putting money in and she did something to the machine. I wasn't able to use the machine and I couldn't even get my money back which was approx. $4.50. The machine never turned on so I lost my money from her doing whatever she did to the machine. I never confronted her about that. Meanwhile, she is still hollering at me and telling me that she doesn't want me here and I can't wash clothes here. Again, I ask her why is she just zeroing on me when there are people coming in after me to do the same thing I am doing. She responds to me and say well they already have clothes here and they are regulars. I told her that the sign says all clothing must be finished by 8:30 pm and pointed to the sign above the dryer and she said whatever to me and then I said to her whatever and kept washing clothes. That was a big mistake because I should have left that place and that crazy ignorant woman calling herself working there. So a hour went by its about 7:15 pm and I am still washing and drying my belongs, people are still coming in washing and drying their belongings just like I am. And the same woman, I am going to call her "Black Karen" walks up to me with a push broom and demands that I move. I just looked at her and never said a word. Now I am not in the way I am just standing in front of my washing machine waiting for the washer to finally finish. She then hollers at me again and said that I better move. I then stepped back and she says to me, You act like you can't move back. I told her to leave me alone (She didn't know I had someone listening on my phone hearing everything she was saying to me from the beginning). Another 15 minutes went by and I noticed my laundry basket was thrown up on top of the washing machine so I went over there to put it back on the floor because again, I knew my washer was just about to finish. "Black Karen" then follows me and hollers at me again and said don't you put that basket on the floor. I said lady, I am going to report you to the owners. I told her that it was no reason for her to disrespect me as a customer like that. She then tells me, if you put that basket on the floor again, I will take it and put it in the garbage. I said really ok then. She then tells me that she works here and she can do what she wants to do and can tell me what to do. I then walked off because, clearly at that point I was talking to a bipolar manic psycho chic. She never talked to anyone else like that in the building not one time. I have never met this women before, and knows nothing about her, But all I know that she has issues and I am not the root of it. I don't know if this woman thinks she knows me or if I remind her of someone but I was livid at the way she talked to me as a paying customer. So another 20-30 minutes went by, that time, I am almost done with everything and I look up and here comes the police walking towards me. Honestly, I had no idea they were coming for me because I wasn't the only one standing there. A black female police office came up to me first and said that the woman that works here called the police on me because I was rude to her. I asked the cop did she say I threatened her or something? she said no, she didn't say anything like that all she said that you were rude to her and she don't like it when people are rude to her and she want you gone. I said, are you kidding? It was comical because no one has ever called the police on me for anything. I am law abiding taxpaying citizen and a military family. I asked the police how am I going to leave when I have been here for an hour and a half spending money on these machines and she waits a whole hour and a half to call the police on me and waste resources all because she was worried that I was going to report her to the owners of the laundry mat. "Black Karen" called herself covering her own [censored] by trying to embarrass me in front of a bunch of people to make me leave with wet clothes. And tried to intimidate me with the police. That never happened. The police officer even said to me well you can't leave with all your stuff in the dryer. The police officer then goes to "Black Karen" and says if you want her gone you got to give her money back. I heard "Black Karen" tell the police officers, I ain't giving her nothing! Well guess what "Black Karen?" I got to stay right there until all of my clothes with finished! She actually thought in her small warped little mind that she was going to leave early I guess and it never happened. I sat right there until everything was completed. At the same time I kept my friend on the phone and he heard everything. He heard everything she said and what the police said. I was very disappointed at the fact that this woman had the absolute nerve to call the police on me. I have three businesses and a pillar of the community for over twenty years in Baldwin County. I was very offended that this woman would even go there by wasting tax payers money by calling the police on me. I should have called the police on her for the disrespect of me. I will never go back there again and I am going to tell everyone I know what happened to me. This issue is not over. I am requesting my money back on the machine that she prevented me from using. I was never able to get my money back and I am demanding an apology from her and the owners. This woman has some type of mental disorder and they have the wrong person in this job. This girl is going to get that establishment sued one day if she continue to do what she is doing to people coming there to patronize their business.
