Machine Zone (MZ) offers mobile app games. One such game is called Game of War, Fire & Age, for which I am a participant in. Players give their base or Kingdom a name to identify the players. The kingdom name can be changed at any time. I believe MZ uses email used by the player to track user interaction with the game and MZ servers. Often MZ has events where users get a chance to collect items for free, and players get as much of the many events as possible. My complaint relates to one of these events and involves a currency MZ gives to players for free so players may purchase items from their store. Early in the year, MZ introduced a currency called Jewels. Participants can collect jewels for free every day. On August 22, 2024, I was permitted to collect as many Jewels as possible before the event ended. *** The following day we received an emailed from MZ stating that there was an issue with the web portal and allow players to collect extra Jewels. *** The next day, MZ went ahead and took all 5852 Jewels from my account. I emailed them demanding the return of the Jewels and they refused. After that event, for a proximately 7 to 10 days MZ made it difficult for me to continue to collect the Jewels. I noticed the web server window leading to the Jewels store would not open after login in. I noticed the Jewels collection window would only be open for a couple of hours before the new cycle would begin. *** I felt like MZ was retaliating against me for freely collecting the extra Jewels. *** I hope after I filed this complaint, MZ allows me to freely continue to play this game and other games from their app. *** How was I supposed to the web portal was having issues. *** How was I supposed to know that the Jewels were increasing? *** How is this my fault and why am I been punished for it. I have made purchases to these games before with my own money, is not like I haven't spent any real money on these games before, thank you!
MZ should not hold me or any of my accounts responsible in any way to MZ or its subsidiaries, nor should they try to collect from me any financial compensation, nor financial gains. And I am not obligated in any ways or form to repay any loses coming from this complaint. MZ should not target any of my accounts with any malicious software, or any unnecessary updates.

Desired outcome: MZ return all 5852 Jewels to my account as soon as possible. MZ or any of its affiliates, third party, or staff members, or subsidiaries, can't retaliate on any of my account under any reason, nor under any condition, circumstance.
