The is now going on for several months and always on the end of the month or in the first week of the month that I don't have internet connection for 3 to 4 days. If I tried to call M Web technical dep. They tranfer me to the sales dep. What is the problem with M Web every month. For example my son also have Mweb and stays 2 blocks away from me but he doesn't have any problems and he uses the same provider. (Evotel). Please I need to know what is going on. It's enough that we sit with load shedding. I do not need this from M Web every month.
