M. Searles Paving & Treecare review: Sealcoating driveway

Subject was engaged to seal my driveway last year. Three months afterwards the last portion of the coating on the driveway had washed away. I had wondered at the time why they were diluting the sealer so much towards the end of the job. I could see them filling the buckets of water from my tap. I called this Spring to ask Mr. Searles to remedy the situation and he said he would check it out and take care of it. He denied diluting the sealer, saying it wasn't legal under State law. I never heard from him after that call and I have repeatedly called and texted since then to no avail. No replies to my messages and voicemails. Notwithstanding the fact that I have to reseal the driveway, I am sincerely concerned for the person and wonder if he's still in business, and if so,

what are my options.
