Luzerne County CYS review: Foster placement never received items taken from kinship home.

Luzerne county CYS Wilkes-Barre took all my sons things when my mother gave up kinship, she was told I would get it all back when I got custody back, yet the foster home never got most of the stuff. I continued to bring it up to my case worker and it was swept under the rug until I brought it up in court to the judge, only then was I finally contacted by a supervisor about the situation. I sent receipts of the things I had bought myself to the supervisor, and never heard about it again. My case has been transferred to a different county, as I’m starting to get my son back into my home. I continue to reach out to Luzerne County about my things and leave voicemails and never get an answer or a call back.
