CVS pharmacy stopped carrying brand name Tribenzor. I was given 3 generic medications that are ingredients of Tribenzor. After taking these for 3 days, my systolic BP was 220 and Diastolic was 120. I go for infusions every week and on Tribenzor, BP was always below 120/80. This the second time drugs from India have caused this. I had to have my PCP call into a Walmart Brand name Tribenzor, which I had to pay full price for. Thank you

I need this medication, as prescribed 2 doses every 4 hours. There are supposed to be 200 doses in each unit. The past 12, have had issues of stopping at either 100 or 60 remaining doses. The latest one was dead right out of the box. I contacted Lupin about these issues, and all they did was send me questionnaire after questionnaire. Then you are informed to negotiate with your pharmacy whom can do nothing to replace the defective units. The pharmacy tells you to contact the manufacturer and when you do, they send another questionnaire. I had to resort to over the counter medications which do not work as well, and Lupin does NOTHING about all these defective units, nor do they care about the suffering of their consumers.

I have been suffering from breathing trouble for the last 6years and have been using this inhaler as a life saving drug. But lately the inhalers with Batch No. J303242 and expiry date 12/2024 and few before that as well has been faulty, the inhaler is not working after 1 or 2 sprays.

This medicine is like a SOS for many people like me. The medicine shops and the distributors are saying that they cannot do anything if the product comes faulty from the company itself.

I have always used the ProAir until someone decided to stop making it. My husband still gets the generic made by the same company as ProAir so I end up using his most of the time. This inhaler does not give me the relief it should. I have to pump it several times to even feel any relief and even then it isn't much. Walmart tells me it's the only kind they have and that it is generic for ProAir and I say they are wrong. This product needs to be pulled off the market before someone dies of an asthma attack because their inhaler is a piece of junk. Nothing about this thing screams "I work" because it absolutely does not. And when someone does end up dying because this Lupin inhaler doesn't work then they better get ready for a lawsuit along with all the pharmacies that say it's all they have or can get because that is a lie.

This generic version Lupin makes does absolutely nothing. It doesn’t even have the ingredients that is needed for people that truly suffer from insomnia. SUN Manufacturing has all the ingredients that is necessary. It is beige/yellow with an imprint of 308. Why are pharmacies allowed to continue to sell this brand to customers. It’s not cheap and it DOES NOT WORK.

Lupin make a sleep medication called Zolpidem Extended

release 12.5 mg, under the mark LU E62 (Zolpidem Tartrate

Extended-Release 12.5 mg). The pill is blue in color. My complaint

is that this pill (or batch) of pills contain little to no active

ingredient. To make matters worse Walgreens distribute these

pills to consumers. Walgreens rarely sell this brand of zolpidem,

normally the pills are labelled 308, dual layer beige and white,

supplied by Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Inc. The latter pill

contains the correct amount of active ingredient. If anyone else

has the same problem, please contact me.

I have been using a rescue inhaler for many years. The problem here is with the inhaler itself, not the medicine. However, the inhaler may or may not dispense the medicine I need. Clogs often. Should not have to clean inhaler after every use. Asked pharmacy to switch me back to Proair and was told it was no longer available. They said I would just have to clean it more often. This is not acceptable as obviously, I need to get the proper dosage of medicine. This is an awful inhaler. Unreliable doses are dangerous and can be life threatening. Please fix the problem.

I’ve had 6 different fills of this inhaler and it stops working after 5 to 10 inhales! It’s really a horrible product! It clogs almost immediately after the first few doses! This is particularly bad for a person with severe asthma and it’s only a matter of time before Lupin has to deal with a lawsuit over this inhaler! It doesn’t work properly, plane and simple!

-Inhaler problems repeatedly since March 2022. Inhaler does not count down properly. Multiple times quits working before 80 uses. Very weak mist. Leaves me needing a rescue inhaler when one is not available. Last inhaler quit at 140 on the meter. There is no way of knowing if I need to refill or when it is going to fail.

The inhaler has many problems. The meter does not count down so it stays at 180 puffs. You do not know if there is any puffs left as the inhaler meter does not turn red. This is very dangerous when I had no puffs left and needed the rescue inhaler. Sometimes the spray is very weak or barely any comes out. If the inhaler is dropped, it will not spray anymore. I have complained to optumrx who is my mail order from United Health Care and also Walmart. I do not know what to do since I have no other options. I have to carry an extra one in the box in my purse so I know which one is new since the meter is not counting down. I spend a lot of money on these inhalers and I need help. I was told if enough people complain then they can change manufactures. I have severe asthma and take many medications and injections. I count on the rescue inhaler to breathe and when it malfunctions it could be deadly. Can you please help me?

I paid for 2 Lupun albuterol inhalers within the last 40 days. Both quit working. Rinsing did not help.. You are going to kill someone with this defective product. I was told by Lupin to mail them the products and they will refund my 2 Co pays. No. I am keeping these useless dangerous inhalers. Too bad people have to get sick and possibly die over Lupin profits. #classaction

I have asthma we have had fires all around us very thick smoke causing me breathing issues my insurance won't cover my name brand Ventolin so I had to use your product it didn't help me at all I actually got worse I was having to use your product every 2 hours and still no relief, finally had to go pay full price for the Ventolin and with the first dose I finally got some relief, I got really sick from using your product it was like I wasn't using anything at all. something is missing from your product, the pharmacy told me lots of people were complaining about the same issues as myself.

My inhaler does not have as many "puffs" as indicated. My insurance company will not refill and this has happed twice.

Albuterol sulfate HFA 108 AERS lot K100661 exp date 2023-06-30. Prescription for three inhalers, of the three two ran out of propellant while still showing 120 doses remaining. informed Giant pharmacist, she will no longer supply product. I was forced to buy new scrip for another brand at Walgreens. I am out 44$ for Lupini product failure. My rating for Lupin is a solid 1.
