I have recurring refills through (my) internist Dr. Denise Garshott @ Family Care Physicians, P.C.& via Rite Aid Pharmacy 5520 Drake Road, West Bloomfield, MI 48322 · [protected] for (my) Albuterol Sulfate Inhalation Aerosol/HFA 90 -- picked up on 11/30/23 & 12/26/23 and BOTH inhalers failed to work :( BOTH of them...big bummer there. Rite Aid Pharmacy said I should contact you, Lupin, because they can't (or won't >:/) do anything about this 'issue'...which I find very odd that the pharmacy wouldn't just replace it today, 1/16/24--simple it would SEEM but...yeah...no. So, here I am sending a somewhat 'grumpy complaint' form that, more than likely, will fall on deaf ears (too) which sucks too. In other words, I know, a lot this will do for me too. :((( Just sucks... a couple of times in the last 2 months I REALLY needed it too. Anyway, if there's anything you can do for me or even just 'steer me in the right direction' in order to get a couple for free (YEAH!) just to replace the 2 'bummer inhalers' well, yeah...that'd be way cool. Thanks in advance!
Desired outcome: Two (2) free inhalers to replace the two (2) that didn't deliver/work for me; they didn't work @all. :(

Lupin Pharmaceutical of India HAS NOT CHANGED it's business at all. I had a serious problem with their Lisinopril tablets 6 years years ago for the tablets not having any medicine in them at all. They were found to be "just filler" no drug content. Two days ago I received a prescription of their Albuterol Sulfate Aerosol. After using 2 puffs three times the first day not only did I not feel anything entering my lungs but there was also no mild taste that Albuterol has and it never reduced my cough one bit. I pumped the device into the air to see if anything came out. It did but it did no good at all. I will be going back to the doctor to get a new prescription of the medication demanding it come from an American company. I will not accept anything from Lupin I am also going to write to the HHS agency to complain about this company. This is very serious [censored] when we go to a doctor for help and we can't count on the drugs to be what is supposed to be in the container. Lupin has tens of thousands of customer complaints and also a huge number of government "Red Flags" warnings and recalls. This company needs to be shut down because people are being harmed and maybe even dying because of this companies corrupt practices.
