I sent a box of stuff (clothes, books, toys) from *** to *** using LuggEasy on July 7. It's been almost 9 months and I still haven't got my box. LuggEasy lost it and didn't answer my messages. I paid $335 for the delivery (check my bank statement). Can you help me out? Thanks!

I used LuggEasy to send a 65 pound package from *** to *** on Feb 08th 2021. I paid $200 plus a $95 service fee. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, the most expensive items were missing, including a luxury bag, cosmetics, and a silk dress. Only some old and cheap items were left in the package. These lost items were worth more than $6000. I filed a claim and applied for compensation with a live agent on WeChat, but it's been a year and they haven't done anything to help me. They keep making excuses and won't compensate me at all. I'm very disappointed and exhausted. I need help to figure out what to do next. Thanks.
