I have spent hours sending messages, trying to get help with this issue. I have also tried calling the number listed on your website 2 times. It is not correct. [protected]) I'm extremely upset about being made to pay 120.00 to vendor for the Groupons I already purchased. The two massage Groupons

I had purchased one for myself and one as a gift for my friend M. We had a booking back the end of June both M got Covid and I had spent the weekend with her so was quarantined with her. I messaged the masseuse and I told her they expired on July 9 but she said it was fine and we could still use them later on, she would accept them. So we had Apts last week, I broke my prosthetic knee the week before and am awaiting surgery, but still went because it was already rescheduled but we had been told it was fine she would still accept the at the rate, which she had a sign stating the price as outside her tiny room. She made me pay 60. each () for the massages and I told her it was the Groupon and tried to show her but she wasn't listening. She just kept saying you are getting the Groupon price. She brought her dog to the very tiny massage room. So she cracked the door and put his thick leash in the cracked door to hold him. This was out in the public building hallway with the busy public/building restroom,5 feet from the door of the cracked door. Being almost naked, made it a bit hard to relax. She also advertises hot stones in deal, I had two cold stones on back on top of a huge thick blanket and sheet, barely knew they were there. That was maybe a half a minute and M said the same. It was a very unprofessional situation all the way around. After M massage, I showed masseuse the Groupons and where they were redeemed, I am pretty sure she asked for the Groupon codes when I booked the first time and we kindly rescheduled to not give her covid. So did she claim the two groupons because if she did, she was paid twice? She acted like she did not want to be there and it was so autopilot and much of a massage at all. Reading a 2-3 min "intention" from a book, after I drew a card, and saying mantas which you could tell she was saying in autopilot, (feeling like, she felt we were wasting her time and energy). I also feel she was doing all these things trying to waste time and lessen the massage time. I can't explain how bad it was. Anyway, can you check and see if she was paid out on the vouchers? And she refused to refund the money and use the codes so I just want a refund. I live on fixed income. That was a big treat to buy those and she just made me give up my bill money. She said it wouldn't do any good to contact you, that you wouldn't do anything. I asked if she would contact you and tell you we didn't use the Groupons and she again said it wouldn't do any good. Then she proceeded to tell me how lucky I was that she offered me the 60.00 deal for another massage, not my friend just me. I wouldn't go back to her for anything but she had 60 massages advertised on her board out front for anyone.

She is a scam artist AND A THIEF and why are they No reviews on her Groupon listing?

She cashed in the Groupons when we had to cancel due to covid, then she charged me again. So she got paid twice and I got screwed. I received a email back from oversea customer support, saying I couldn't speak with anyone because the call center was closed. But they said to have the masseuse send me an email saying we did not use the Groupons. So I contacted her asking for the email. She refused and said that I had to pay because it was expired. It wasn't expired when she cashed it in and said she would allow us to come later and use the Groupon. She was rude and kept saying Groupon wouldn't refund me and I had to pay the difference because the Groupon had expired but she cashed it in before it expired and the difference would have been 45.00 according to the Groupon.

But she had agreed to still allow us to use them and cashed them in, but she is telling me she didn't cash them in. And I said then what is the problem with writing me an email saying that. She finally said she would because she was caught defrauding me and Groupon. She agreed to send the email if I sent copies of the Groupons, I sent t them and no response. She has. Ot sent the email. But I am not going to stop until I get my money back even if it's Groupon bucks. Or I will start leaving reviews about this situation.

I was thrown off by the dog at our massages too. Then I was confused with what she was saying and why I had to pay again, I just paid her. I thought I would be refunded, because we didn't use them. And I have proof of that. I should have walked out but it was a gift to a friend and so I paid the thief. And I did not use the 2 groupons and should be refunded. I would have never paid her if I knew it was this hard to correct.

On top of doubling charging me...

It was the worst massage I have ever had. I had dog hair in my mouth when I laid down, she barely massages, she was even sitting on the edge of the table I was laying on. The two hot stones were a joke, they were cold rocks placed on a thick blanket covering me for 30 seconds. It is enough to advertise hot stone massage. She is the worse kind of crook! Here are the text messages. She agreed to take the goupons and I gave her numbers over the phone. We had several phone conversations between texts.

Thanks,

KB

Claimed loss: 120.00 for two massage Groupons never used but redeemed by a shady masseuse then charged again.

Desired outcome: 120.00 refund. I don't have 240.00 to spend on massages. This was a special b-day gift for a friend.
