Los Angeles Permit Expeditors review: Inefficient work and no quality service

My client and I are very dissatisfied with David's work. He did not give us accurate replies to some very simple questions. After I asked the water company and the city planning department, I got detailed and accurate replies respectively. If David's reply just copying and pasting parts of the government department requirements and regulations and from the city's website contents, I don't think deserves what we paid for being so expensive and letting us wait over 2 weeks, it was tough to get in touch with David, especially after 2 weeks He never responded to my calls after that, no matter how many times I called and left messages for him. If I ask David to provide me with a receipt of the worked hours and details he will request me to pay including the two additional hours and will at that point need to be paid for the two additional hours.
