April 13, 2022 I received modification documents that had already been processed and executed back in September 2021 and payments had been made since October 1,2021. Loancare left out the partial claim portion of the first deferment agreement but processed it and executed it issued it to my county's tax assessor's office as complete with agreed upon terms only to resend them demanding I sign the new inflated modification within 15 days or risk paying the forbearance amount in full right away. They changed the terms to push my mortgage to 40 yrs. and a balloon payment of 37,000 plus dollars due at the end of the term. I am a single mother 2 and a first time homeowner I will not let them bully and threaten me with their fraudulent tactics on something that is their fault. I have written to any and everyone who will listen. The Attorney General of Georgia, Controller of Currency, CFPB, an the Inspector General. I have even contacted a lawyer this company is a joke. I have read numerous reviews on Wallethub, Indeed.com employee review board, and the BBB all with negative reviews and similar complaints. I'm not sure what it will take for someone to shut them down due to compliance and violation problems. I have also located several class action lawsuits being sought. I am definitely interested. I have been dealing with the same issue for over a year now. Since then my USDA loan that is federally backed has been sole to Lakeview Servicing the one who Loancare work for and it is private and not federally backed. All without my knowledge, they also failed to pay my homeowners insurance which caused a cancellation while on escrow. It's been one thing after another. Someone please HELP!
Desired outcome: I would like my issue resolved immediately and systems set for no more foul play to happen. They need to thoroughly train their staff and be honest.
