We ask for a quote and when they give it to us we asked for it in writing. When we get it in writing, we told them to not send the truck because it was too high. However, they send the truck anyway, and we tell them to cancel it. They still bill us for it. The truck was stolen, and the owner called us to tell us not to load it. The representative, ***, was unresponsive. They replied to clean emails and never replied back. Don't do business with Loadsmart. They trick you with a low price and don't send trucks. They leave you waiting, then they send you to another carrier and screw you.

I had a haul for Loadsmart on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 from Florence, SC to somewhere I can't mention here. Once in McDoungh, the load was turned down and the broker didn't know what to do, so they asked me to hold on. I waited from Tuesday all the way until Friday, and then I got an email telling me to bring back the load to ***. Once I was back there on Friday, they didn't give me a return number for the product and just said to keep holding on. It wasn't until Monday, February 28th that Loadsmart emailed me asking if I could give the product away, which I ended up doing. But now they don't wanna pay me for just hanging around for 6 whole days stuck with it, along with storage and redelivery fees. *** (the customer) agreed to a compensation of $250 per day for layover and $100 per day for storage, but Loadsmart (the broker) only cut me a check for 3 days. That's only $750 for layover and $300 for storage. They still owe my company for 3 days' worth of work, which comes out to $1,050.
