Good afternoon

I am trying to sell my property and have been advised by my solicitor that litigation has been placed on the property.

42 Gloucester road

Aldershot

Hampshire

GU113SJ.

I have been calling Llyods and TSB, and neither of them has been able to allocate this debt.

My solicitor has also been trying, as we would like a redemption figure to pay this off so the house can be sold.

The solicitors are listed below.

the information on the land registry is as follows,

6 (11.01.2011) RESTRICTION: No disposition of the registered estate, other than a disposition by the proprietor of any registered charge registered before the entry of this restriction, is to be registered without a certificate signed by the applicant for registration or their conveyancer that written notice of the disposition was given to Lloyds TSB Bank Plc at Department CDR Litigation, 3 City Park, Droveway, Hove BN3 7AU and of DX36675 Brighton 2, being the person with the benefit of an Interim charging order on the beneficial interest of Miss C Carus made by the Norwich County Court on 31 December 2010 (Court reference OXR77731).

I have called so many people and place to locate this debt and no one is able to help me I have called Lloyd's on numerous occasions and even been into to visit the branch and still no one can locate or find information on this debt, I am very disappointed that Lloyd's can put something against my property and when I try to pay this off there is then no reflection of this and even on my Experian report there is nothing about this debt nothing at all.

I have no memory of this and all I ask for is a letter to say that states that you have no interest in the property or the charge I will need this before Friday the 31.03.2023 because that is the date that the property has been sold or being sold and if this does not happen I would have to pay a fine which I cannot afford please could you help me look into this debt as this is not right I am and have been treated like this when you are accusing me of owing you money yet are unable to produce how much and who too.

please see the response I received from the court. I look forward to hearing from you.

Good afternoon

Unfortunately, the stated case number provides no return on the court record. This is due to the age of the case and there being no substantive action for at least 3 years. For the same reason the court does not hold a paper file, the court being permitted to only hold the paper file for 3 years from the date of the last substantive action.

It should be noted however that the responsibility for providing the redemption figure and contacting the Land Registry to remove the charge lies with the Claimant and not the court.

I am sorry that I cannot assist in this matter.

Kind regards
