Stopped service no notice
Have used this company for 3 years (started out as pineywoods) with no issues this morning a truck came by picked up my can along with the weekly trash (today is trash day) called them promptly at 8:00am this morning and was told the supervisor had can picked up too far out all of this with no notice that service was going to stop! real crappy way of doing...

I recently cancelled my service at two addresses, and while they have come and picked up one trash can, they have not yet picked up the other one. Unfortunately, they are refusing to issue a refund until the can is collected. I have tried reaching out to them through email, text, and phone calls, but have not received a response. They did manage to pick up the trash for one week at both locations, so they should only owe me approximately $40. All I want is for them to retrieve their trash can and refund me accordingly.

Services not received
Closed my account in Feb. Paid for one day because they only picked up one day. Not in the habit of paying for services not received. I told the lady when I canceled that I would not. So they can continue to pay postage on a paper bill if they like, but I'm not paying a 5 dollar late fee once a month. I'm retired, and I need better service, better customer service and more economical fees.

I have been with liveoak for a long time they have took out money out of my acct for my bill every month i just noticed this month is $187.00 My bill suppose to be 48.17 a month i called and got a run around i will def be taking my bussiness else where this is the liveoak running Terrell/mt/verrnon area
