4ocean is a good company. They make good stuff. I told them three times to stop sending me emails, but they still keep sending them. They said it was no problem, but it is still happening.

4ocean, PBC is a total scam. They took my money but never sent me the product. They don't even recognize my email but they still send me ads. They used my email to get my money back from my credit card. Don't trust them!

This company is so frustrating. It took them like forever to ship my order, and it was way past the promised delivery date. And then, they sent me four more packages with the same bracelet inside. What a waste! Their customer service is no good either. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them.

We got ourselves a water bottle from 4ocean, PBC on 11/11. They said it was shipped on 11/13 and charged my card right away. But, we still haven't got it yet. The tracking number never updates and I've tried calling and emailing them, but no response. The order just says it's ready for UPS. I'm starting to think this is a scam.

I ordered from 4ocean on 11/3 and got an email saying they got my order. But, I haven't heard anything since then. I don't know if the thing I ordered is out of stock or what. I emailed them twice but haven't heard back. I said I'd cancel my order if I don't hear from them by 11/29. I thought they were a good company doing important stuff, but now I'm not so sure.

Don't get the shoes! They can't be returned or refunded. I didn't know and got a white and blue pair to choose from. They took my money right away and didn't deliver for over 2 months. When I tried to return the white ones (and keep the blue), they said no. I still sent them back and told American Express not to pay them. Then I tried on the blue ones. THEY DON'T FIT. And 4Ocean doesn't care. They won't take them back for not fitting! I'm sending them back, so don't get the shoes!

I got some bracelets from this company and my grandkids loved them. They even gave some to their buds. The bracelets came super fast. The girls were really into the story of 4ocean. They're just starting high school, so I hope it gets them thinking about this big issue. I heard some people don't trust this company, but I looked it up and those two dudes showed their money stuff and proved they're not stealing the donations.

I bought 8 mask frames from 4Ocean on Dec 5/21. They promised to deliver by Dec 24 for international orders if placed by Dec 6. But by Dec 14, no tracking update. So I contacted them as these were gifts for Christmas. Customer Service (CS) said it was lost with their distributor, 'resent' order Dec 15. But still nothing by Jan 2/22. I asked for a refund, but CS said I need to refuse order when it arrives. Unfortunately, order was delivered Jan 5 but to my mailbox (across the street) and not at door so was unable to refuse. Now because it's an international order, I would have to pay for it to be shipped back. I won't get refund until it's received. Funny, the label says it was shipped & signed by 4Ocean on Dec 28 AND it has another label with the original shipping label on it from Dec 6. Perhaps they didn't lose the order, they just never shipped it in the first place... Hmmm! Very dishonest with their customers! Good idea. Bad shopping/shipping/customer service experience!

I'm a bio student and I like what 4ocean, PBC is doing. I've worked with other conservation groups and it's hard to make a difference. But 4ocean is cleaning up beaches and taking plastic out of the ocean. Even though they can't fix everything, they're helping the small ecosystems on those beaches. They're also educating people about the plastic crisis and how it's hurting animals. They're recycling the plastic they collect and donating some of their profits to other conservation groups. They're doing a lot for one company. Plus, their bracelets are cool and when I buy one, I feel like I'm helping the ocean too.

I got some bracelets from 4ocean 'cause I liked their idea of cleaning up the ocean from plastic. But then they started sending me stuff I didn't ask for. I told them to stop, but they keep doing it. 4ocean used to be a good cause, but now it's just about making money. I just want them to stop sending me things I didn't order.

I got an email on Wed June 22, 2022, saying that beach chairs were back in stock. I ordered two chairs (thanks for the bag) and paid an extra $50 for two-day shipping to get them by Friday. However, the website did not say when they would arrive. After I placed the order, it said delivery would be on Monday. I called *** and was told that it would probably sit in the warehouse and I could pick it up on Sat. 4Ocean acknowledged my order at 12:20 on the 22nd and did not ship out until 3:30 the next day. That was frustrating for me. When I got home and inspected the chairs, I was a little unhappy. The chairs overall look nice and have a lot of features, but they have scratches, dents, some kind of black oil substance on them, a stain, and the stitching is somewhat poor quality. Are they still effective? Yes, they are. But for the price I paid, I don't expect to receive mildly damaged products. I have not used these chairs and they have only touched my carpet. I took pictures immediately after opening. There should also be some type of recyclable padding in the box, too. As a business person myself, I wish that 4Ocean would contract with *** has poor shipping experiences as I see with my own customers. I am a repeat customer and am trying to support the cause and business. Thank you for listening.
