Closed my account in Feb. Paid for one day because they only picked up one day. Not in the habit of paying for services not received. I told the lady when I canceled that I would not. So they can continue to pay postage on a paper bill if they like, but I'm not paying a 5 dollar late fee once a month. I'm retired, and I need better service, better customer service and more economical fees.
Recommendation: Fees are too high. Irregular pickup.
