I called Live career. de under the telephone number +[protected] to seek assistance for an ongoing debits on my credit card for a subscription already finished. The call was answered by the person named Nathalia or Natalie who refused to give me her last name, I called November 9 at 1:30 pm till 1:45 Pm and ask her to help. She was very irritated, unfriendly and refused to help me. She asked me about the details of my credit card number which I refused to give on the phone and she said she won't help me without the information.
That person should not be working in such customer oriented establishment where patience is needed and required.
Claimed loss: debit card was continously debited , I reported to my credit card agency already
Desired outcome: please inform the person who resisted to help me to become more client oriented
