This China company advertises a quality Aviator Bomber Jacket with pictures but send a poor-quality copy and only offer 30% refund for customer to keep the item they received. As this item takes over 2 to 3 months to arrive in the UK from China, I think most customers will take the 30% refund and not wait another 2 to 3 months for the item to return to the supplier and wait for a full refund if that's possible to do so. I purchased my jacket through PayPal so I asked PayPal to look into my purchase from this company and got a full refund without sending the jacket back. This is not to say every customer will be so lucky if their purchase was through a credit card etc. The pictures I have supplied with this form shows the jacket I received and a picture of the jacket the seller is advertising. I also used photoshop to combined the jacket pictures to show the difference between the quality jacket advertised and the jacket I received.
I ordered this jacket going back to March and finally I received my jacket today Sept 29, 2021 I opened it up and not the jacket advertised, I ordered an extra large and what they sent was a large. It says Shearling Leather but I got polyester. I was told to take a picture of the shipping label so they will know it’s from them. I know it’s scam now so trying to help others to avoid this scam. I’ll be getting a refund from PayPal. Most important rule to remember is always use PayPal when unsure of a company they haven’t let me down yet! BeeMan
I ordered an aviator’s leather jacket from these fraudsters in February. Never received it. Their customer service supplied a phony “tracking service” claiming that it had been handed over to the USPS for delivery, but they would not supply a tracking number. I filed a complaint with Paypal and just received a full refund. The whole process took nearly 3 months.
After getting a full refund from Paypal in May the jacket actually was delivered four months later a couple of weeks ago. The jacket is AWFUL! It looks like imitation leather and the SMELL is horrible. The "sheepskin" is fake as well, and feels more like cheap carpeting that sheepskin. On top of all of that, the jacket is way too small. I can't even give this so-called jacket away! I contacted Littlebes about this and they seem oblivious that I got a full refund and wanted me to send them a photo - all I want them to do is to tell me how to dispose of this piece of garbage.
