on Sunday, February 21st, 2021 I ordered the above order #.

On Tuesday, February, 23rd, 2021 you sent an email telling me the order was on the way. It has been 3 weeks & 2 days since. It has been 2 weeks & 2 days since my last inquiry. I tried tracking with no results. I called with no results.

Where is my order? Is it going to be necessary to request a refund? I did not even get an email link to pursue the tracking process.
