a woman who goes by the name of Lista Lucy Faircloth has been waging a vicious and unprovoked attack on a business called "Petshack". This woman purchased a dog from Petshack and within two months injured the animal. This woman has wanted her money back from Petshack, although the puppy was perfectly healthy at purchase. Lista Lucy Faircloth has done everything in her power to destroy the reputation of Petshack Chihuahua. Please know that this woman is a menace and her complaints are totally false. The local solicitor is attempting to process Lista with charges for cyber bullying and libel.
You DO realize, don't you, that those pictures are not from Petshack? Poor delusional, crazy woman. You have a serious mental disorder and hope you will get some help. It's very difficult to feel sorry for you, but you've made it pretty obvious from your ramblings that you are out of control and frankly a bit scary. I've advised others to ignore you and not give you an audience. People like you will never stop if they think they're getting attention. I'll take my own advice and say goodbye, crazy Lista! I also had a good relationship via telephone with Nancy but I had no idea what her conditions were for the animals at that time. Only after hiring an attorney did he expose the truth to me and I was so embarrassed and humiliated to accept I bought a puppy from there! She is very knowledgeable about Chihuahua's and very easy to talk to That is NOT the problem. It is far more serious after the exposure to these conditions! She was very nice to me also until I questioned these problems then she became angry!
Let it be known to ALL I am not attacking anyone or trying to destroy her business. That was not nor has it been my intentions! I am an UNBELIEVABLE Animal Lover and Advocate and I will NOT stand back ~~ shut my mouth and ignore the horrific conditions that these poor babies have lived in and all the information that I have received from her locals and past customers who will remain anonymous until necessary in court! They have TRIED to destroy my livelihood as Lucy but Thank God I am protected legally and it has not hurt me at all! I am very busy and I will continue to do what I do for the animals.I have a GREAT REPUTATION STILL!
I bet you ALL did not know something! I do events year round as Lucy BUT I bet you did not know I do Charity Events and Fundraisers for Animal Rescue Groups, Local Shelters. I also do events at the Cancer Institute for Children all for FREE! And because of their postings on Facebook accounts and making a I HATE LUCY PAGE (which I had closed down and several others pages by both of them)and other blogs many of the children that are patients had read some of it and are now not permitted to go on the internet to look at my event photos. I had to start a private page(which you will NEVER find) Just for the kids to view. That is so Sad!
Petshack could have saved herself alot of aggravation in the past had she taken care of the problem in April last year. It is NOT about $$ for me at all! It is about her shop changing its habits in breeding and Filthy living conditions they are forced to LIve in! She knows that she has received visits in the recent past from several agencies in regards to her conditions. I have been told by THEM she did comply and change a few things with the birds and ongoing with the Dogs! So without getting in the way of the ongoing INVESTIGATIONS taht is what I want to be done! When the conditions are changed and the breeding standards from her are changed I will move on until then I will continue to educate the public about her and I do not care if it ruins her sale of puppies then maybe she will be forced to Stop BREEDING! That would be a blessing to the animals and her community. She may feel she is loved and accepted in her own community and I must share with you all She is NOT> There have been many complaints to local authorities about her shop and the locals have tried to have her closed down. The problem is her her State their are not alot of laws about breeding. You can have numerous animals on your property, They do not require a breeders license. You can back to back breeding because their are no laws to protect them. This is probably why she left Florida! Well Their are laws to protect the conditions that the animals live in and she was given a time frame to change the filthy conditions and at this point SHE has not complied yet. So that is the legal hold up to move forward for all. I hope this may clear up why so long to end. The law states to give people the chance to correct the violations up before it turns to a legal case in court. Even when she completes what needs to be done I will continue to have her shop monitored for as long as she has a business because I want to be assured that the animals remain SAFE! If anyone has any questions or comments Please feel free to post here and I will gladly try to answer as long as it does not interfere with the investigation! I am sorry that it has went on this long and Lord knows I want it over but it takes time! Thank you very much for your continued patience!

People dress up as Elvis, Barack Obama, Marilyn Monroe... stop with the comments about her Lucy outfits, who really cares? It doesn't mean she's crazy, it means she makes $$$ doing it.
I just want to know the truth, are they interbred/have problems or are they healthy? Because this fight has been going on for some time and on other message boards. When is it going to court and when can we know the final verdict?
I have been dealing with Nancy and Farrah for over a year now. Both parties have been nothing but helpful and professional to me. Jealousy is not a crime but in this case it should be and anyone who does not see that is crazy. All parties involved breed chihuahuas and because Nancy and Farrah are more personable and professional in every way, they probably do much better in life and in their business than someone who dresses up as a famous dead person. Along with Lucy's jealously of these two lovely ladies comes her lies. It seems to me Lucy loves pushing the envelope on a daily basis to ruin their livelihoods. Every day there is a new complaint...its ridiculous! She should just keep to herself because sooner or later karma will catch up to her and we will all have the final laugh on her expense. So whoever is reading this just beware of the crazy lady who dresses up as Lucy Ball, shes the phony and fake person not Nancy and Farrah.

sure start posting about Diva, I asked to have her records faxed to my vets and as of Friday they have not received. A heart mur mur can go undetected, and unless you know the grade a vet would not mention surgery. This is not uncommon in the breed and sometimes will close with age, she has never showned any signs of this at my shop .. and has never had a sugar drop while in my care or yours which is a sign.

YES! on the car ride home after leaving your place I had text you about her not being responsive and that she would not wake up...I had stopped at burger king for some maple syrup so that she would not become hypoglycemic...you said; give her sugar water, that it is not normal !...Maybe you FORGOT about that conversation, since it was way back on April 30th SO I will just overlook your reply to me, as I am becoming extremely fed up!

Listen for your information My dog has NO INJURY! Her problem is from birth! She was born with a neurological problem and I have NEVER ask for any money back at all! I only ask for information to give to MY vet about the mother of my puppy! The mother was too old to breed and there were several puppies with problems from birth ! Nancy is aware of them also She is just ignoring that and she refused to sell anymore for that person!
SHE IS A FULL BACKYARD BREEDER AND I HAVE EXPOSED THAT TO THE PUBLIC AND PROPER AUTHORITIES AND SHE DOES NOT LIKE IT AT ALL! tHAT IS HER REAL COMPLAINT!

Someone of another website called police in fear of my protection and I was contacted by them. She also has posted private addresses telephone numbers and careers of myself. I am NOT ill or mental I am intelligent and I do not tolersate animal abuse or neglect in any way! I have even been offered a position because of this thread with a nationwide reputable Animal Rights Company . If I was not going through treatment for Cancer and upcoming surgery I would have accepted it! I will definitely ask to be considered again when my treatment is complete!
