I dropped my car off this morning at Kia meadowdale. I received a call that I needed to contact liquad capital to amend my plan, as the FNI from Kia,did not record the complete services on the system. After speaking to liquid capital client service consultants, namely, PALESA,LEBONI,KARABO SISANI, and LEREAL, since 8.30am till 12,30pm, I have been advised that Kia have not received authorization and I have been inconvenienced, as they cannot service my car today. I told liquad capital to proceed with the service and now they will not.
Desired outcome: My car to be serviced today. My service plan extended to include the 120 000km service.
