Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP review: The letter I received has no email to send proof of payment.

Received a letter with no email. I called on 11/9/23 requesting the email and was told that I can't get an email without giving my name. What does a name have to do with a legit company email?

I was told by the representative that answered the phone to call 36th District court. As you know, they are incompetent and lazy and will not answer the phone unless you want to pay them money.

I have documentation that I paid and wanted to send it to Linebarger Goggan...

Why can't I email proof that I paid and don't owe? The online payment was 2/14/2023
