Life Time Hybrid Battery review: Replacement hybrid battery faulty

Contacted Lifetime battery company last year since my battery needed to be replaced, I got the same code that I have right now, I found them online, I called them, I got in contact them explain what I needed they arrange an appointment. Someone came at the time to change the battery with a "lifetime warranty". I specifically ask it the battery that was being install has that lifetime warranty, he said yes. I also asked where was this company located the guy said San Luis Obispo. Now a year later I got a code saying that battery needs to be replaced again. I try to called then with the number in the invoice no answer. Contact them the company is permanently closed according to the website. Where to turn what to do.
