Liberty Opel and Now review: The spare tire on my Opel

Hi, my Opel was bought in dubai from a company called Liberty and very mysteriously disappeared, there's a new agency that's taken over all Opel functions, I was told that there was a recall on the Mokka, in particular those with the built in bicycle rack, which does not have a spare wheel but a compressor gadget that inflates a tire when in trouble with a flat tire and I've been ignored by management after I've done my regular service and repaires, they only good when they expect money in and no after sales service, my car not being running well from the beginning, truly the car is very sluggish for a 1.8 litre?
