Liberty Ford Fayetteville NC review: Rallying noise underneath when driving and hesitation/jerk.

I took my 2019 F150 to this dealership on 25 March 2024 for the listed problem. During the time the dealership had my vehicle I was not continually updated on the status of my vehicle I had to constantly call and then I would get some story about some bolts that has to be ordered. My vehicle was at this dealership for 10 days it was just returned to me on the 5th of April 2024. I decided to drive my truck to see if the same problem occurred and it did. I am highly disappointed and upset because whatever was done was not covered under my warranty and I had to pay out of pocket for a problem that was not fixed. I think customer service should be more considerate I was left inconvenience for 10 days without even being asked if I had other transportation. I would not recommend anyone to do business with Liberty Ford because they don't have your best interest at heart. I think that they could care less because of the number of customers they get here in Fayetteville because of them being the only ford dealer in the city. I will discontinue my service with Liberty Ford if this issue is not handled properly. I just want fair and loyal customer service as anyone else would.
