Lexus of Palm Beach review: Vehicle

I sent an email to the following unprofessional individuals: Victor Cabrera Escandell ; Bernal, Walter ; Oliver Grant; Parkes, Vivian

With all due respect, please do not email me again, you and your entire staff were very unprofessional, you sold the vehicle I was interested in and never notified me. I flew to Puerto Rico with hopes of signing documents at Maverick and was totally disappointed after paying for my airfare a day earlier to conduct the transaction and to find out the vehicle was no longer available. I have already filed a complaint with the autonation complaints board.
